The bar celebrated its first anniversary in January and later unveiled an exciting new menu that further embraces its Super Classic concept.

The first drink featured on the new menu is the invigorating and exuberant Mama Spritz. This delightful cocktail artfully combines the flavours of Mami Taylor and Lucien Gaudin, creating a unique and refreshing experience. It is made with London dry gin, aromatic Campari, and dry vermouth for a balanced base. The addition of Timur berry introduces a subtly spicy note, while ginger and calamansi fizzy water add a zesty and bubbly finish.

Introducing the BKK River Cruise, a truly enchanting cocktail that beautifully marries the essence of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club with the refreshing notes of a Gin Cobbler. This captivating drink is based on bael-infused vodka, which adds unique, sweet, tangy and musky characters. Complementing this are notes of falernum, a sweet and spicy syrup that enhances the drink's complexity, along with the warming touch of cinnamon and the refreshing zing of fresh lime juice. Sea, Sand & Sun is a perfect love child of Bloody Maria and Sex On The Beach. This savoury clarified drink showcases the vibrant flavours of Barbados rum, which brings a tropical essence to the mix. The addition of chilli liqueur adds a delightful kick, perfectly contrasting with the rich, savoury notes of tomato and the sweet-tart essence of cranberry juice. A touch of saline enhances the overall flavour profile, while the unique spice of white Penja pepper introduces a subtle heat.
