This lauded recognition underscores the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of Una Pizza Napoletana, making it a must-visit destination for pizza enthusiasts worldwide.
The second spot was shared by Diego Vitagliano Pizzeria in Naples and I Masanielli by Francesco Martucci in Caserta, both of which also shared the title of the Best Pizzeria in the World for 2023. The third place went to number one in the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2024, The Pizza Bar on 38th in Tokyo. Confine claimed the fourth position in Milan. In the fifth place is Napoli on the Road in London by Michele Pascarella.
The following pizzerias in Asia have been featured on this year's list. Crosta Pizzeria from Makati, Philippines, secured the 12th spot. RistoPizza from Tokyo claimed the 15th position. Fiata by Salvatore Fiata from Hong Kong reached the 22nd spot, and Pizza Massilia from Bangkok, Thailand, was ranked 49th. These spots highlight the diverse and vibrant pizza scene across Asia.
The special awards for 50 Top Pizza World 2024 are as follows: Giorgia Caporuscio from Don Antonio in New York received the Empower Women - Fedegroup Award. Matheus Ramos from QT Pizza Bar in São Paulo, Brazil, was honoured with The Pizza Maker of the Year 2024 - Ferrarelle Award. Mission Impossible at Tony's Pizza Napoletana in San Francisco won the Pizza of the Year 2024 - Latteria Sorrentina Award. The Best Pasta Proposal 2024 - Pastificio Di Martino Award was presented to a mano pizzeria in Manila, the Philippines.
The special awards continued with the One to Watch 2024 - Orlando Foods Award, taken by Imilla Alzada from La Paz, Bolivia. Stile Napoletano by Giacomo Guido in Chester, England, was awarded the New Entry of the Year 2024 - Solania Award. The Best Dessert List 2024 - Cremoso - La Dispensa Award belonged to Allería in Providencia, Chile. Robert's in Chicago received The Performance of the Year 2024 - Robo Award. The Best Fried Food 2024 - Il Fritturista - Oleificio Zucchi Award has been handed to Clementina by Luca Pezzetta in Fiumicino. Apogeo by Massimo Giovannini in Pietrasanta was crowned The Best Beer Service 2024 - Peroni Nastro Azzurro Award. The Made in Italy 2024 - Mammafiore Award went to Leggera Pizza Napoletana by André Guidon in São Paulo, Brazil.
